Clonazepam is an anxiolytic drug used in the treatment of anxiety disorder and Epilepsy/Seizures.  It is also used to relieve panic attacks (sudden, unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry about these attacks).   • troleandomycin (TAO)
  • Antidepressants
  • Antifungal medications such as itraconazole (Onmel. Sporanox) and ketoconazole (Nizoral)
  • Antihistamines
  • Calcium channel blockers such as diltiazem (Cardizem, Tiazac, others) 

Precautions and Warnings

  1. Take it only as per the dose and duration advised by your doctor as the habit-forming potential of this medicine is very high. 
  1. Do not take the Clonazepam tablet if you are pregnant or trying to conceive. 
  1. Do not stop taking the Clonazepam tablet suddenly without consulting your doctor as that may lead to nausea, anxiety, agitation, flu-like symptoms, sweating, tremor, and confusion.
  1. Store the Clonazepam tablets in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
